An amazing feature of this plug-in is that it can display a post in every slide of the slideshow. You can also view a short excerpt which is added to the right of the slideshow. If you click the post, the corresponding image will be shown else, the images continue to loop normally.
Usability
For those people who are well-versed in WordPress plug-ins, installation is not a problem. The steps are very easy to follow and you’ll be running the plug-in in your website in no time. Its newest version is WP-Content Slideshow 2.0 which can be downloaded, extracted to your PC and then uploaded to your WP-content or plugins folder. You just need to activate the plugin in your WP-admin and insert the snippet on your template:

You can also adjust its layout under the settings section.
WP-Content Slideshow runs well on my PC and I got the instructions correctly. Though there are others complaining about their slideshow looping infinite images or the images are not showing at all. Others are also having problems regarding any calls that should be made especially because they are still newbie. If you follow the instructions closely then there shouldn’t be any problem.

You can also customize it if you want. Just make sure that you are doing it right or else, you’ll encounter an error and it might be hard to fix it. My other friend tried customizing it too but he went wrong somewhere and now he can’t enjoy the plugin itself so you should be very careful. Overall, this plugin rocks!
