What steps are involved in the PERM certification label process?
a. File the prevailing wage for the job with the Department of Labor.
b. It could easily take four months before the information goes through.
c. The employer has the chance to search for citizen job applicants who are qualified and will do a better job; if the employer still ultimately selects someone else for the job, you cannot use that job for your employment-based green card. If, on the other hand, you earn the job, you can use that employment as the basis for your permanent green card application. Please stay tuned for a follow-up video that will explain the subsequent stages of the employment-based green card application process.
