우리 정부에서는 2013년부터 독일·스위스식 도제제도를 재설계한 일·학습병행제가 실시되고 있다. 우리사회의 학력 중시 풍토와 사상 최악의 취업난으로 고통 받는 청년들의 현실을 얼마만큼 해소해줄지， 또 앞으로 보완할 점은 없는지 모색해본다.
