What do you suggest when there is a test that is designed to catch people
who put false answers?

The test isn’t designed to catch people who lie on the test – ONLY people
who are truthful about being liars. What sort of workers pass, and then get
hired by the company should make a lot of your past customer service issues
with big companies MUCH more obvious. 😉

Your chances of getting an interview are best if u answer the questions
just as he says! I did this and was called in for an interview! These
pre-employment assessment questionnaires are really a joke and tell nothing
about a potential candidate. They are used as a weed-out tool.
