Kyateka Mondo Francis, Assistant Commissioner for Youth at the Ugandan Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development, is asked about the principal policy instruments to advance youth employment and entrepreneurship. He shortly explains how the National Employment Policy 2020 relates to the National Action Plan for Youth Employment.
