I strictly believe this is bullshit. These people are feeding off the
skilled workforce. They do absolutely nothing. I have really bad experience
with agencies. They tend to hire people with experience and lets not forget
that an experienced people are already asset so they dont do anything. The
owners of most of these agencies are politicians. I feel sad for the
american and canadian workforce because I am one of them. Shame on these
agencies.
I agree with u. unemployment is a big money making business. There are
always people out there looking for work. So these agencies are cleaning
with our misfortune. They lie so much saying they have work and they don’t,
it’s just bait to get us to “Register” with them. They only do this so they
can claim us a employees and make money off of us. They don’t have to give
us work, when we register they make money…simple.
That’s real easy to say if you have some money saved up, but if you don’t
it’s a different story. Oh and by the way this was never a free country.

people have bills to pay. they dont have time to take off work and go
PICKETING!! with bills to pay and mouths to feed all of us take what we
can get to make ends meet and we barely do that and dont BLAME US!!!ME

HAHAHA THEYLL THINK ITS A FREE COUNTRY until a cop puts his gun in his face
for something totally dumb!! most people go around thinking that this place
is made for them the taxpayer, but its actually made and SHAPED for the
illegal immigrant who doesnt get benefits when the get old and no benefits
and no vacation period. our govt loves this. every check they dont have to
pay they get to SPEND.

The majority of agencies are a joke. I think most people know this. They
call you to come in for an interview, they test you, they tell you “you did
very well!” then you fill out some paperwork, and you leave thinking you’re
all set up, and then NOTHING. Some of them need you to call every week to
let them know of your availability, which I think is a joke as well. I’m
convinced a lot of these companies post on job boards for other reasons
such as to advertise, and/or to harvest info from resumes for their own
purposes plus I’m sure the people that work at many of these agencies are
getting some kind of credit/commission for bringing in new “candidates” in
order to grow their database.
These comments are sad. I have only had one experience with an agency and
got placed rather quickly. Next thing I knew I was hired full time with
health insurance. Bottom line if you have the skills, speak well, have
education you will find a job with no problem. Yes I am a black woman so
you can’t say it’s because I’m white. It’s because I’m educated.

Rec agencies are borderline scams that technically get away with it, by
making sure they’re a tad above the minimum rate of pay Avoid them as they
offer low rate garbage jobs and are the modern equivalent of what slave
labor used to be. The others to avoid are Kelly, Manpower, Jobwise,
Forrest, Forward, Randstadt, Hays, the list goes on. They all offer the
same bad quality.
